Yups, ika nga sa nakalagay sa header dito sa janep, ikakasal na kami!
Most of you know already anyway, since we’ve sent out ’save the date’ e-cards as early as February this year. I thought I’d write about it now, ‘coz I don’t think I have.
We’re working on the details still, but hopefully we can send out our formal invites to our friends in the next couple of months. Needless to say (but I’ll say it anyway) it’s tricky to work out details in wedding planning when you’re in our situation. Ajay and I talk to our folks on the phone and chat online as often as we can, to plan and execute wedding stuff. It’s reeeeeeally hard. But we’re happy that it’s going all right.

Photos from supersportsimages.com:

It’s from the walk-a-thon I joined last month! And yes I know, I do look like a geek.
Which now brings me to the next marathon I’m getting ready for in August: The CIty2Surf. It’s a run from Hyde Park to Bondi Beach. Sadly, Ajay won’t be here at that time (he leaves for Singapore the week before).

I participated in a marathon for breast cancer research today, Mothers Day. The event is organised by Members Equity Bank and Women in super. I have some pictures and tired legs to boot. Here’s my time for the 8km walk:

Here is a map of the track in Parramatta Park:

To all my friends and family who are mommys, Happy Mothers Day! Especially to my Mama, this one’s for you

The grocery shelves have cleared of christmas matter, and have been replaced by chocolate bunnies and eggs. In the collage I just slipped in balloons from Ajay’s birthday =)
So the Royal Easter Show is coming in some weeks, and maybe I’ll do a drop-by this time.

So how do you get that desired angle? You’d have to twist and contort your arms, face, torso and whatever else to get the shot you want! In this collage, Ajay visits the University of New South Wales, Bennelong point*, Sydney Aquarium, Martin Place**, the Opera House, the Royal Botanic Gardens, Mrs Macquaries Chair***, Pylon Lookout, and the walk (hike) from Coogee Beach to Bondi Beach!

We took a train from Sydney to Paramatta to meet with Ajay’s cousin and her family. Along the way, I showed him the most unseen bust of Rizal near Central Station. Almost every Filipino I’ve met in Sydney did NOT know of its existence. It took a silly lost phd student to find it and tell them. In Paramatta, I met Animae, Rina and Alex’s daughter. We didn’t exactly warm up so easily to her, as she kept hiding in her green tent. There are some photos from Rina’s christmas tree. From eating Rina’s tasty chicken, I fell asleep on the sofa. We snapped some photos by Paramatta River before making our way back to Sydney.
Another pile of photos from a day in Paramatta, Bennelong point, and at home, on that same day.

Here’s looking forward to all the best for everyone this year, and the next!

This christmas tree in this photo is located on the South end of Hyde Park in the city of Sydney.

To all, a Happy New Year! Here we share some shots from the Sydney Opera House of the fireworks display at the Harbour Foreshore from last night.
Should old acquaintance be forgot…

And never brought to mind… Continue Reading »

The following set is dedicated to my good friend Anthony. I know how much he digs Japanese ladies, I wanna know if he will like Singaporean ladies too. I wasn’t supposed to post the models but there was a request.
Remember that this is still a car show not babes show. The girls are just added attraction. I also don’t know where a car show must always include models wearing skimpy outfits started. But who are we to disagree that.

I cooked up this animated gif last night before going to sleep.
Will post the other exotic cars on display next time. Just like to share this one today.

Taken handheld thus the shakey hand.
I miss Initial D.
