We just finished Noche Buena. I’m glad that the whole family is here. With the erratic schedule of the work of my siblings, it’s quite difficult that we are under the same roof in any given time. So I was glad that all of us are here. It’s a special christmas for me as this will be the last one that I am still single (the first sister will also be married in June). And it may be the last one together as the next christmases would be harder to celebrate with two of us having our own families by then.
I’m thankful for this day. It’s a special time of day for our family.

Thank you to our friend Josie for these lovely flute glasses! Very useful for the wine ceremony. We were reluctant at first to entrust it to the ‘caterer’, but we finally assented to it yesterday when we spoke to her in person. Look forward to using them!
Precious Moments

Thanks to Rojo family (Alain, Maan and Bianca) for the Precious Moments figurine. We’ll figure out a way to put it atop of the cake at the reception. Cute naman di ba? Kaso gusto ata ni Pen Disney Figure ang ilagay. Hehe.
We are on the crunch time. Still so many things to do and hopefully we’ll be able to manage everything. At least one by one we are able to tick our list and move on to the next. Meeting friends will have to take a backseat as we have to focus our time and energy to wedding to-do list. The whole year of preparations boils down into this precious moment. 
Manila, we’re home!

This is the 3rd day of our Manila leg. We arrived Dec 02, 4am. Groggy paglabas ng airport, direcho kami (with Pen’s folks) sa Jollibee Katipunan, malapit sa La Vista Village at CP Garcia.
We were surprised on the prices of the meals! Longganisa meal for 80pesos?! WTF. Pen didn’t even manage to finish her meal as it was ‘ugh’ for her. The coffee was not good either. We should have waited for Starbucks to open.
We head to our home to meet the parents. Hehe. Killed some time before heading out again to seize the day. Time check: 8am. Malls are still closed.
Morning rush hour traffic heading Makati area. Dumagdag pa kami sa traffic.
Pen and I slept all the way to Paranaque – where we got Pen’s birth certificate. Then slept again on the way to SM Southmall.
SM Southmall. Bought my apparel. Barong, kamiso, socks, boxers. Nilabas ang credit card, unang swipe, 5k agad. Haaaay.
Pen was able to buy some pambahay clothes and managed to sneak in some sleep time in one of those benches.
Lunch at Sbarro’s. Mantika galore. Hehe.
I had 2 bottles of Belgian Choco Fruit Magic. In fairness, nagmura sya. It was 60pesos before, now it is only 55pesos. Roughly the same price of juices in Singapore ~2.50SGD.
Slept all the way home to Pacita after wards. Bagsak kami ni Pen pareho pagdating sa kanila. Quick shower then tulog agad.
At least we managed to get my gear for the wedding ready. Yung kay Pen na lang. I still need to buy shoes though.
And last, today Dec 04, we just filed our marriage license in our Municipal Hall. Totohanan na ito. Umattend pa kami ng Family Planning seminar. Kwela naman at joker yung nag-conduct ng seminar. Sayang walang pictures. Hehe :joyful:
