That’s the consensus in the interwebs these days. Version 9.0 is already out and it is a staggering 33mb download compared to version 8.0′s 22mb download. Acrobat’s installer is just getting heavier and heavier.
I’ve been using FoxIt reader even before version9.0 went out. It’s a very decent alternate for mighty Adobe. Light and compact. It gets the job done and no useless crap installed within it.

I sported a very bad headache this afternoon. I had meant to meet with an academic today, but by some fate issue (don’t ask me what I mean, I know I’m cryptic, I’ve been told many times) we ended up in two different suburbs. So anyway, the headache. It literally felt like my head was a tree trunk with two axe blades wedged on it. I spent some time walking in Parramatta streets to get some air. I ended up spending a lot of time in a shop called JB Hifi.
It’s mostly an electronics shop with all the merch I can look and handle all day. Today I hovered over PSP games, DVDs, CDs, earphones, headphones, desktops and laptops.

What isn’t evident in the photo is the electric blanket. I would struggle in snowy winters, coz with weather below 10 I am already dying in the cold! I seriously can’t sleep without socks, which is irritating =( But well, enough with the ranting and back with the nicies =D I found some throws with really loud colours, and thought i’d bolster the mood level in the bedroom!

Most of you know already anyway, since we’ve sent out ‘save the date’ e-cards as early as February this year. I thought I’d write about it now, ‘coz I don’t think I have.
We’re working on the details still, but hopefully we can send out our formal invites to our friends in the next couple of months. Needless to say (but I’ll say it anyway) it’s tricky to work out details in wedding planning when you’re in our situation. Ajay and I talk to our folks on the phone and chat online as often as we can, to plan and execute wedding stuff. It’s reeeeeeally hard. But we’re happy that it’s going all right.
