Mothers Day Classic

I participated in a marathon for breast cancer research today, Mothers Day. The event is organised by Members Equity Bank and Women in super. I have some pictures and tired legs to boot. Here’s my time for the 8km walk:

    1hr 24min 38 sec.

    haha, yabang mo. walk nga e, di naman run. compute mo yung average speed ko, 6.154kph. gawin mo kaya sa treadmill ng 1.3 hrs!

    Wow, alam nyo ba, one of my dreams/goals ko yan. Makatapos ng marathon. Ang ultimate marathon ko sana is either the NYC marathon or the Boston Marathon. Charing!

    Pero I’m gonna join muna the Anlene Orchard mile run next month. I’m preparing for it na. Kya lang, ang corny. 1.6km lang from Dhoby Ghaut until Orchard lang, hehehe.

    Goal ko naman next year ay itakbo ko na ito. :) yung winner ng 8km run, time nya ay about 20mins. at puro lalake ang nauuna! siguro pang20 na yung unang babaeng nakita ko. may nanunulak pa nga e hehe. 500$ lang naman yung prize.

    hindi ako tumatagal sa takbo e. magpapalakas muna!

    Aj, tara, sama ka sa Anlene run. Sa June 15 yun. Hindi pa ako nagr-register kasi magtatanong muna ako sa office kung sino gusto sumali. Pero kung wala sasali, kahit ako lang, hehehe.

    Btw, let’s meet up muna noh. Hindi pa tayo nagkikita, hehehe. Lumuwas ka muna.

    hi!i am sister in law of Dax Reyes..my kids and i also joined the funrun..it would have been more fun if we met..we live in parramatta..hope to meet you some day

    hi ice! yeah, okay sana kung na-meet ko kayo. pero baka lumipat na kami sa north sydney :)
