Scotch.

It’s almost sunup and I’m still awake. Wide awake. What is it in scotch that conked me out for 2 hours and keeping me awake now?
That was my first straight up scotch. Or as I heard about it before from Rachel’s father, ’scotch neat’. I’ve smelled it before, but as many of my friends know, I’ve never drank more than maybe half a bottle of beer pre-Australia. So that whiff of scotch or whiskey can really make me nauseous easily.
But I didn’t realise how much I’d enjoy sipping through my first one.
Scotch neat. Pretty neat.
