It’s a date: Sentosa Part 2

AJ Jorge August 26th, 2007

Before continuing to read this entry, be sure to read Part 1 first. This entry is a continuation of sorts. :)

Now onto the entry itself:

OK. Where were we? Aah yes, Pen and I just left Underwater World to head off to…

Dolphin Lagoon
Dolphin Lagoon!

Sentosa Bus
Now, transportation in Sentosa is virtually free! There are lots of shuttle buses that roam around the island. So from Underwater World, we just hopped into the Red Line bus to reach Dolphin Lagoon. It was a 30mins ride I think and we get to have a free tour of the island.

*again, there are lots of pictures in this entry. please wait for them to load.*

AJ in Bus
Me inside the bus. Sabi ni Pen pose daw, pose naman ako. Mwehehe

Dolphin Lagoon
We were able to catch the last show for the day. Although we were there early, it was also good as we were able to get good seats.

Willing model
AJ being the willing model. Pen kept on firing shots while there were no people yet.

Peacock
There was even a peacock who was astray in the area. Kids were flocking towards it.

Peacock
Well of course, when it was near us, we took an obligatory photo. Too bad, it didn’t fan her tail. Pen was waiting for it to happen.

Peacock
It was leisurely walking along the beach area. Parang model ang bruha. Haha.

Janep
Me and Pen posing for a shot. Parang pilit na pilit ang ngiti ni Pen.

Janep
Ako naman ang may hawak ng maliit na camera. Pen busy on focusing on her subject.

Pen
Pen hard at work. The only difficulty in this time is that the sun’s light is too strong. Hirap kumuha ng pictures. Not to mention na ang init-init sa labas ng tent. Kailangan nakaupo lang kami sa lilim otherwise tulo talaga ang pawis.

Now the main attraction of the show. The dolphins!!

Dolphins
There are 3 dolphins participating in the show. Since the beach area is wide, there are different dolphins for the entire beach section. The above dolphin is the one nearest our place. She or he has a name but I forgot what it is. Maybe Pen can help me out here.

This is a series of shots with one of the dolphin’s amazing talent

Going back to the dolphins. The show is not yet over. They still have a few tricks under their fins.

The dolphin up close.

It was truly an amazing show. Pen and I enjoyed it immensely. Kahit ito lang ang ginawa namin sa Sentosa, sulit na. Pero meron pang iba. We are halfway through on what we did there. A little more pictures to come in part 3 to cap our Sentosa visit.

See you on the next entry.
