Now I know why the National sport of Singapore is shopping.
Every week, there is a monstrous sale somewhere. As part of the Great Singapore Sale, shops are dropping their prices to rock bottom figures. Shoppers hold on to their dear old money and wait for their favorite shop to make the drop.

We had a lunch out treat last Friday courtesy of team mates who got promoted. We were treated to Indonesian food somewhere in Orchard (a good 20mins cab ride away from our office).

Today marks the first day for the fans to read the last Harry Potter book. I’m still brushing up with my Order of the Phoenix via an audio book stored in my iPod (read by Stephen Fry mind you).
Here in Singapore, it seems books are selling fast too. But people can still buy ‘em and stocks are not that limited. There are lots of bookstores that I pass by earlier which has the books in piles.
Price tag is 48.05SGD that’s about more or less 1,500 pesos.
I am not in a hurry to buy one as we already ordered one in the Philippines. I’ll just settle for an ebook or an audio book if I can find one.

Had a hard time here on focusing on Scottie’s face. I can’t quite get nearer to his face without blurring him completely. This is the best I can come up with as of the moment.
I love this shot as it focused on the Bulls’ logo on Pippen’s shorts.

Fiennes was reluctant to take the role of Lord Volemort in Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire (2005). In a television interview on AMC’s “Sunday Morning Shootout” (2003) (November 20, 2005), he claimed to have been unimpressed with the previous three Harry Potter films. Fiennes was apparently nonplussed at the idea of appearing in the fourth film of a series and stated that he had “never bought into [the] world” of Harry Potter. Family members urged him to take the role while other friends counseled against it. He eventually changed his mind after Goblet of Fire director Mike Newell showed Fiennes preproduction conceptions of what the character of Voldemort might look like: “The little kid in me that likes to dress up and be bad went ‘Yeah! I want to do it!’”.
