From the same people who brought BlogParteeh!, they have a new activity up on their sleeves. Presenting the Philippine Blog Awards 2007.
The Philippine Blog Awards aims to recognize notable Filipino-owned blogs in their respective niches — a venue to showcase notable blogs with quality content that engages readers from around the globe.
You guys could still nominate your favorite blog (or even your own!). Head over to the nomination page and just fill up the form and wait for confirmation. Nominations ends today (Feb 28) and awarding will be on Mar 31 with no final venue yet. So sorry for the late announcement, I was pretty much swamped with work the last few weeks and didn’t bother to post an entry here. Anyhow, I hope I can still contribute my fair share in the country’s blogosphere by this entry and a small ad in the right.
And before I forget, the BlogParteeh! where I won the iPod was featured in Manila Bulletin last Feb5. I wonder who still has a copy of that newspaper? I was among the faces printed in that newspaper. I just learned this yesterday from Noemi Lardizabal-Dado and thanks to her scan, I have a digital file of that page. It will be cool though if I can have a copy of that newspaper.
