Ely Buendia’s heart attack

The rock band icon Ely Buendia suffered a heart attack last Sunday – Jan 7. He underwent an angioplasty to treat two arterial blockages on the same day. And I just learned today that he underwent another angioplasty yesterday night to clear his other arteries of blockage. The first surgery was already a success. He needs the second operation for a complete recovery.
It was a shock to know that at his age (36 yo), he’d suffered a heart attack and two heart surgeries already. It’s a wake up call to all of us as FrancisM said in his blog. It’s time to have a healthy lifestyle and limit the pampabata foods. Count your calories intake while you’re at it too.
