Another Gadget

When I bought my USB closure sometime last year, it was to make my extra hard disk drive portable and make it my file storage to and from office. Then when I bought the DVD Writer, hard disk was booted out of the enclosure to make way for my DVD Writer.
At first I was ready to make an extra step if I want to use the hard disk rather than the writer or the writer rather than the hard disk. Unscrew the enclosure, fit the hdd or writer then plug to the pc. Do the same step if I want to use the other one.
Bah.
I had enough.
Found this thing at TipidPC and bought 2 sets.

It’s pretty much bare but it serves its purpose. No more swapping of DVD writer and hard disk. I bought 2 sets because the price was a steal. The items were brand new and I can easily sell one set to anyone.
IDE slot of the hard disk connects to the usb port of the PC. It has to be plugged to an outlet to power up the connected device. And more importantly, I can simultaneously connect the extra hard disk along with the DVD Writer.
Now back to file transferring.
