If you are seeing a somewhat broken layout, that may be me messing around and not your browsers. I’m trying to do a quick fix on the sidebar thingy (which is hopefully fixed by now) for the IE users reading accessing the page.
At the same time, I’m tweaking some minor adjustments in the site that I have been pushing off until now.
Pa-konti-konti lang ang galaw para madaling ibalik sa dati kung sakaling may masira uli.

Sorry. I broke the theme layout again.
When using IE, the sidebar is shown after all the posts. I’ll try to fix it within the day.
Sigh.
IE you suck. Show some respect to the CSS standards will you!

Ridiculous circusry and social irresponsibility that is pinoy TV. I rest my case.
I am sorry to say, in the risk of being judged by you, I cannot help but feel
?-?”high and mighty” to live my life in exile from this local channel.
?- disgusted by their relief efforts, which I can call nothing else but a “save-face” sham

Apparently, the surname Arroyo was magically spelled to Arrovo.
From Wikipedia:
The 100-peso bill became subject of controversy after bills printed in London in time for the Christmas season were printed with the President’s name misspelled, the first in Philippine history. The bills, of which a small amount are in circulation and are still legal tender, spelled the President’s name as “Gloria Macapagal-Arrovo” than the correct Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo. The BSP is probing the mistake and will correct the mistake as soon as possible.
Another reason why the Arrovo bills have become such a sensation is because “rovo” sounds very close to the Spanish word for “robber”.

Prison Break packs a wallop on how TV series are made. Of course, I say this now because I recently finished watching (as of last night) the 10 initial episodes Ajay brought me last weekend. Ajay posts about the TV series here.
And, of course, here I am now to rave about the actors that clinched my eye.
Wenthworth Miller is perfectly cast as Micheal Scofield, the structural-engineer -turned-convict with a twisted sense of hope as he enters the penitentiary with the intent of going Shawshank. Background check: Wentworth is a Princeton graduate. (I’m like… aaaah, so that’s why he speaks so beautifully in the behind-the-scenes interviews.) I’ve confused him at first with a certain child actor (whose name escapes me now), but it turns out I’ve never seen him before.
Peter Stormare is an italian mobster boss John Abruzzi inside the same prison walls as Scofield. Now this actor, is one of the villanous-types who I absolutely enjoy watching! He was hysterical in Armageddon as that Russian cosmonaut; and creepy in Fargo. Background check: He’s Swedish (not Russian nor Italian). Upon receiving the Fargo script, he says “Where are all my lines?!” He’s accepted the fact that he is type-casted as either funny, creepy, or both. And never in the ranks of Nic Cage, Bruce Willis, Tom Cruise hehehe. He is also in Constantine as Satan by the way.
As for the rest of the cast… I’ll need to see more episodes for better opinions of them.
The series has won the People ’s Choice Award (2006) for favorite New TV Drama, Wentworth Miller was nominated in the Golden Globes (2006) for Best Performance by an Actor in a Television Series - Drama.
